Rates
Our pet hotel rates are structured like "people hotel" rates.  You are billed for the day that you check in, regardless of the check-in time. Your last day is free if you check out before 11:30 a.m.   Otherwise, you will be billed for the entire day.   Prices per day are as follows:

**  NOTE - If you have a cat AND a dog(s) staying at the hotel at the same time, the cat will be charged as a second cat, rather than a first cat.
   Times

Check-in:   2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Check-out:     9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

    Our normal check out time is between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. every day; check out between 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. is allowed but you must pay for the day.   AFTERNOON DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE.

We are CLOSED for guest nap from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. every day

If our policies, prices, or hours are not agreeable or not acceptable in your given situation, we would rather you utilize another facility than upset our guests' carefully controlled routine.  The Pawmer House Pet Hotel's prices, policies, and hours are not negotiable.

   Pet Families
We have several suites designed for two - three pets from the same household.  The additional pet(s) in the same suite will receive a discount for the entire stay (see rates above).  We love large pet families - please contact us for boarding more than two pets. 

   Baths
$ 35 per dog bath (sorry, no cats).

   Deposit
A deposit may be required when reservations are made.  Check with our office for the deposit amount, as it varies with the length of the stay.

   Payment
We accept cash, in-state checks with identification, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.   A credit card number will be requested at check-in, regardless of the form of payment, for use in the unlikely event that veterinary or other emergency services are required for your pet. 

   Cancellations
Thirty day notice is required for all cancellations.
